Optimal comfort

The 6500 Skylight system. Nothing beats natural light. A skylight, conservatory or rooflight takes full advantage of that fact. Nevertheless, in some situations it may be desirable to control the level of light.

The smooth motorized systems by Qurails bring out the best in a skylight, enabling regulation of sunlight and interior temperature. Moreover, fabrics not only bring warmth to the atmosphere of space, but also iprove the acoustics.

CAN-Bus technology

Integrated CAN-bus technology enables connection of seperate systems to form a network that will operate individually or in groups from a specified control point.

Programmable intermediate stop positions as well as an integrated soft launch and docking feature create additional comfort. For certain applications, toque and speed can be altered in the software.

Bending

Qurails 6200 curtain rails

The 6200 profile can be forward or reverse bent to create attractive returns.

  •  Minimum bending radius: 20cm with bending tool 1015
  •  Other bending radii: 30cm, 40cm and 50 cm with bending tool 1015
  •  Greater than 100cm with bending tool 1018

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Advice: Place an additional support on the stacking side(s). See fixing guide
  • Maintenance advice: for long-term optimal glider performance in every situation, we recommend using Goelst silicon spray 1251-250
  • Using a cord to open and close the curtains keeps the fabric clean and prevents stains and signs of wear.
  • Safety advice: to comply with Child Safety regulations, the cord operating system must hang at least 150cm above the floor!

Aluminium EN AW-6060-T66. Shape and size tolerances are in accordance with DIN 17615. Anodised in accordance with the Qualanod standard. White RAL 9010 or Natural Metallic RAL 9006 powder coated in accordance with the Qualicoat standard. Profile weight: 567 gr per linear metre.

Accessories

2 telescopic gliders 6529 for each traverse rod – traverse rod centres variable to suit requirements. Maintain max, 0,5 kg per telescopic glider 6529. Standard rod 7492-12 with 12 mm diameter. Installation

General advice for installation: one additional bracket should be fixed at each cover stacking position. Fixing with bracket 6050: fixing centres 60-80 cm. Fixing with bracket 6055-1000 for heavy fabrics and with special curves, fixing centres 60-80 cm. Fixing with brackets 6555-LS or 6555-TS, fixing centres 60-80 cm. Fixing with bracket 6051 (drilled, plus extra screw) 60-80 cm. Alternative fixing options: please contact Qurails.

Bending

Radius: 20 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm and 50 cm (bending tool 1015) or greater than 1m (bending tool 1018).
