The Qurails 5100 Cord-operated curtain track has the looks of a classic curtain pole combined with the comfort of a high-quality curtain track. The curtains glide smoothly virtually without sound. Using the cord to open and close the curtains keeps the fabric clean. A very popular track that can be used in a wide variety of situations, such as private homes, but also in office buildings and in the care sector.

Flow

The Qurails Flow System keeps pleats in curtains consistent. It can be used with small and wide channel tracks and, because of the broad assortment of components, it can be integrated in hand-drawn, cord-pulled and electrically operated systems.

Bending

The 5100 can be forward or reverse bent to create attractive returns.

Minimum bending radius: 15cm with bending tool 1015
Standard bending radius: 25cm with bending tool 1015
Other bending radii: greater than 100cm with bending tool 1018

4010 gliders are available with various hook types.
Projection glider 6010 for curtains with a heading
The 5100 curtain track is compatible with the Qurails Flow system: gliders 4014-060 or 4014-080.
The 4012 click glider can be placed anywhere in the system. It is advisable to place gliders of this type on the stacking side.

Fixing:

Ceiling mounting with ceiling support bracket 5135 and spacer 4254.
To mount at a distance from a wall, use adjustable extension brackets 4217 (101, 201 or 202).
If the system is hung from a surface with limited bearing strength (for example, ceiling tiles), the curtain tracks can be additionally supported on the facing side by attaching a 4055 suspension hanger to the structural ceiling

Maintenance advice: for long-term optimal glider performance in every situation, we recommend using Qurails silicon spray 1251-250
Using a cord to open and close the curtains keeps the fabric clean and prevents stains and signs of wear.
Safety advice: to comply with Child Safety regulations, the cord operating system must hang at least 150cm above the floor!

Shape and size tolerances in accordance with EN 12020.
Anodisation: in accordance with QUALANOD requirements, coating thickness 10µm. Natural colour anodised.
Powder coating: in accordance with QUALICOAT requirements, thick coating (+/- 100 µm), AkzoNobel/Qurails quality for improved gliding properties and excellent ductility. White RAL 9010, black RAL 9005.

Qurails self-lubricating gliders made from high quality plastic with added Teflon. Twelve 4010 gliders (special self-lubricating plastic, UV-stabilised) per metre. One pulley set 5171-1000 and one pilot runner with carrier set 5174-3000 per track length. Ceiling mounting with metal ceiling support bracket 5135 (the amount required depends on the track length). Cord with loop height 200m. Connecting bridge 5152.
