Sustainable & practical

The Qurails 4100 Cubical curtain track is suitable for partitioning, for example, a hospital ward into multiple, temporarily separated areas to guarantee the privacy of patients and care givers. Qurails has more than 35 years of experience and would be glad to assist you in devising the optimal solution tailored to the requirements of your doctor’s surgery, nursing home, medical centre or hospital. NEN hygiene and safety standards are of course taken into account in the design of all our products and can even reduce costs.

In connection with liability and ongoing technological developments, we request you to always contact Qurails before installing privacy tracks.

The high-quality, carefully selected materials allow curtains to run silently and smoothly, also round bends. The curtain track is usually hung away from the ceiling suspended in open space. By using suspension hangers and G-legs, the curtain tracks are supported by the structural ceiling, which guarantees their stability. Multiple solutions are also possible for winter garden ceilings.

Bending

4100 Hand-Drawn Curtain Tracks-bending

The 4100 can be bent forward or reverse. To enable smooth operation, we advise using curves with a minimum radius of 20cm.

  •  Minimum bending radius: 15cm with bending tool 1015
  •  Standard bending radius: 15, 20 and 30cm with bending tool 1015
  •  Other bending radii: greater than 80cm with bending tool 1018

Shape and size tolerances in accordance with EN 12020.
Anodisation: in accordance with QUALANOD requirements, coating thickness 10µm. Natural colour anodised.

Accessories

Qurails self-lubricating gliders made from high quality plastic with added Teflon. Eleven 4007-60 gliders per metre (rotating and with stainless steel hook) and two end stops with stainless steel hook 4001-A-60. Spring stop 4003. Flexible anti-dust strip 4145.

Situation-dependent accessories and mounting method

Rotating glider 4007-60-W-S040 with steel cable and stainless steel-hook for lowered suspension of curtains. Spring stop 4003.
Infusion bottle holder 4180 or infusion hook 4181 (on heavy-duty glider 4020). Curtain hold-back 4170.
Direct ceiling mounting with ceiling support bracket 4135.
Lowered track mounting with suspension hanger 4155 or G-leg 4064, attached to structural ceiling.
Right-angle wall mounting with end bracket 4149 or parallel to a wall with wall bracket 4140. Bridge 4165 connects tracks. Right-angle connecting bridge 4130 when fitting 4100 as an infusion track.

Load Release
Gliders: Load Release gliders 4007-60-LR (rotating and with stainless steel hook), with which the release of the curtain from the track can be controlled.
Mounting: Load Release components, with which the release of the track from the fixing points can be controlled.

Insulated assembly according to NEN-1010

The necessity of installing additional (earthing) safeguards can only be determined on the basis of an on-site risk inventory and evaluation (source: NEN).

Guideline for spacing between supports in accordance with the G-Standard (with a sag of up to 1.5mm) or as follows:
